What is our experience?
Project management for a major banking institution
Programme and project management services to ensure the consolidation of financial and risk data from the local to the corporate data warehouse (DWH), as well as cooperation on the creation and implementation of corporate processes between Raiffeisenbank Czech Republic and the headquarters of Raiffeisen Bank International Wien, Austria, all in accordance with the international principles of the Basel Committee on Banking Supervision BCBS 239 (Principles for Effective Risk Data Aggregation and Risk Reporting). The result was the implementation of a set of 14 best practice principles in DWH and global DWH.
Programme management of the digital transformation of the energy company
- Program and project management services for the initiation and initial phase of the digital transformation program (Digi22) among ČEZ Group entities (ČEZ Prodej a.s., ČEZ ICTS), management of a team of project managers, preparation of tenders and selection of suppliers, management of technology and process projects new ICT architecture Development and Operation (DevOps), Operational Data Warehouse (ODS/DWH), infrastructure and Service Level Agreement (SLA).
- Preparation of a business plan for the Security Operation Centre in accordance with the processes and procedures resulting from Act No. 181/2014 Coll., on Cyber Security and Decree No. 214/2018 on Cyber Security.
- Project services in the area of unification of ICT processes between ČEZ a.s. and individual regional energy joint stock companies.
- Project management of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) implementation.
ICT Strategy of the Karlovy Vary Region for the period 2022 - 2027
- Information and Communication Technology Strategy of the Karlovy Vary Region for the years 2022 to 2027, the aim of which was to determine the vision in the field of ICT development, opportunities and risks, identification of priorities, objectives and proposal of measures to be implemented. These are in line with the overall intentions of the Region and its financial possibilities, with the expected trends of ICT development, conceptual documents of ICT development of the Czech Republic and the EU and the adopted strategy for the implementation of eGovernment in the territory, including the use of financing measures from EU funds.
Information concept of the Regional Office of the Karlovy Vary Region (according to Decree No. 529/2006 Coll.).
- Information conception according to the requirements of the Ministry of the Interior of the Czech Republic / Decree No. 529/2006 Coll., including a description of the current state of business architecture, application equipment, data, technologies and infrastructure operated in the Technology Centre KK, including ensuring the security and quality of their operation. Classification of all information systems of the KK KÚ into categories according to the legislation in force (VIS, PIS, ISVS, possibly others - e.g. key IS, etc.).
Enterprise architecture of the Karlovy Vary Region
- The content was to make an overview of the Enterprise Architecture of the Regional Office, including the design/delivery of a tool for its management, including an analytical analysis of relevant legislation, strategic and conceptual documents (internal and external) and an evaluation of new trends in both eGovernment and ICT.
Analysis of the eIDAS Regulation for the Ministry of Finance
- Preparation of technical specifications and Feasibility Study for the implementation of the eIDAS Regulation in the Ministry of Finance in accordance with the rules of the National Architectural Framework and the Integrated Operational Programme (ArchiMate notation).
- Preparation of an analytical study of the demand for national support modules for electronic invoicing, including models in ArchiMate notation.
